2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IPAX GmbH, Donaustraße 106, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria, in data centres in Austria. Whenever you open a page, the web server automatically records technical access data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring page (referrer), your browser and operating system (user agent) and the HTTP status code.
Purpose: delivering the website and keeping it secure and stable. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 30 days.
3. Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (for example your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) if your enquiry concerns a commission; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete this data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep it longer.
4. Web analytics with Matomo (only with your consent)
Only if you click “Accept” in the privacy settings does this website use Matomo, an open-source web analytics software, to create visitor statistics. Without your consent, Matomo is not loaded and no data is sent to it.
Matomo runs on a server in Austria that kapelari.studio GmbH, Templstraße 6/2, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, operates on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Matomo does not set any cookies on this website.
With your consent, the following data is transmitted when you view a page: your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the pages viewed, the referring page (referrer), your browser and operating system (user agent), your screen resolution and your browser language.
Purpose: statistical analysis of how the website is used, in order to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). The data is stored only for as long as it is needed for these statistics.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Storage of your privacy choice
Your choice (accept or decline) and the date of your choice are stored in your browser’s local storage under the key “dk-consent”, so that you are not asked again on every page. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice (§ 165(3) TKG 2021). The entry stays in your browser until you delete your browsing data; it is not transmitted to us.
6. No other cookies and no third-party content
Apart from the processing described above, this website sets no cookies and loads no content from third parties: fonts, images and videos are delivered from our own web server. The link to Instagram is a plain link. Data is only transmitted to Instagram (Meta) when you click it and leave this website; Instagram’s own privacy policy applies there.
7. Recipients and transfers
Personal data is only passed on to the processors named above, IPAX GmbH (hosting) and kapelari.studio GmbH (Matomo), who process it on our behalf in Austria. Data is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide personal data. Without the technical access data described in section 2, however, the website cannot be displayed. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place (Art. 22 GDPR).
